Hey, I’m Ashley! I’m a coach, consultant, and interim leader for nonprofits in flux.
Over 12 years in nonprofits, I have been an AmeriCorps member, an intern, an emerging mid-level manager, an Executive Director, and a board member. Sharing what I’ve learned over the course of my career and building skills in other nonprofit leaders so they can shine (and avoid burnout) is my JAM.
My goal is to eliminate “We’ve always done it that way” from the world – and your organization’s – vernacular. If you do what you’ve always done, you get what you’ve always got.
I believe that burnout and staff turnover are undermining our world-changing power in the nonprofit sector. I can help you build genuine board-staff relationships that really feel like a team. And I can help you turn your vision into action.
When I’m not elbows-deep in strategic planning, I’m probably listening to audio books while I walk my dog Molly, hiking in the Cascades, or fangirling over hummingbirds while I write on my patio.
